Certified with the federal Marketplace since day one — a repeat Circle of Champions agent.
TXInsurance.com has been a registered, CMS-certified agent/broker with the Federally-facilitated Marketplace (Healthcare.gov) since the agency opened its doors — and we've qualified for the CMS Marketplace Circle of Champions every year the award has been offered.
Federally certified
Registered and certified with the Federally-facilitated Marketplace since our first year in business — every plan year, without a gap.
Circle of Champions
A repeat CMS honoree — qualified every year the recognition program has been offered, verified against real Marketplace enrollment records.
What Marketplace certification actually requires
Certification isn't a form you fill out once. CMS requires agents and brokers to stay in good standing every plan year:
- Complete CMS's annual agent/broker training and registration
- Hold a valid National Producer Number (NPN) and an active, approved health line of authority
- Meet federal accuracy, consistency, and data-quality standards each Open Enrollment
- Follow consumer-privacy standards under 45 CFR §155.220(c) and (d) and §155.260
Verify any agent's license through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) or the Texas Department of Insurance agent lookup.
What the Circle of Champions means for you
CMS created the Circle of Champions to recognize registered agents and brokers who meet enrollment and quality standards during Open Enrollment — not just volume, but a high share of active enrollments where the consumer's application was reviewed and updated, plus CMS's accuracy and data-quality benchmarks. In plain terms: the work we do is checked by the same federal agency that runs Healthcare.gov, every single year.
Year-round help from a certified agent
- New applications and plan selection during Open Enrollment (November 1 – January 15 in Texas)
- Special Enrollment Periods any time of year — job loss, a move, marriage, a new baby, Medicaid or CHIP denial
- Annual re-enrollment and subsidy review so your plan and advance premium tax credit keep matching your income
- Data Matching Issue (DMI) and document-upload help if Marketplace needs more information
- Renewal support, claim questions, and carrier issues long after enrollment day
Carriers compensate us when you enroll, so your premium is the same whether you apply directly or with our help — and you get an independent advocate on your side.*
*Some ACA plans in some areas have a small one-time enrollment fee due to little or no broker compensation. Agency enrollment fees never apply to Medicare products.
